Seasonal Shine Muscat is back!
We are bringing in freshly harvested seasonal grapes from our contracted farms in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, famous for its abundance of fruits.
Famous grape varieties from Japan are featured in our cakes & desserts!
Shine Muscat grapes are green in colour and has a thin peel.
It has a crispy texture and you can enjoy its juiciness, sweetness and aroma.
